Resident/Tenant Day Rate For existing tenants at The Regent who use the office as part of their wider occupancy.
Flex User Day Rate For trusted and vetted external professionals using the Beaumaris Suite on a day‑rate basis.
Discounts are available for block bookings, supporting users who return regularly and prefer predictable scheduling.
The Regent Flex is a shared office environment used by different professionals at different times. To keep the experience smooth and well‑managed, we use a simple, structured system that maintains the building’s professional standards and ensures predictable access for everyone.
Clear day‑rate pricing Separate rates apply for tenants and Flex users, keeping the cost structure transparent and easy to plan for.
Licence to Occupy A straightforward agreement covers day‑rate use, ensuring each booking is properly recorded and aligned with the building’s operational requirements.
Refundable deposit A deposit applies for access fobs and keys, supporting secure entry and maintaining the integrity of the building’s access system.
Mandatory calendar booking All bookings are made through the Regent Flex calendar, ensuring the Beaumaris Suite is reserved exclusively for you on the days you need it and preventing scheduling conflicts.

Regent Offices is a restored Edwardian property with modern interiors, heritage details, and a calm professional atmosphere. Flex users enjoy the same quality environment as long‑term tenants — just on a day‑rate basis.

Regent Offices is centrally located in Wrexham, with easy access, secure parking, and a calm setting ideal for local professionals and visiting clients.
Compliance & Responsible Operation
As part of The Regent’s commitment to safe and responsible building management, Regent Flex operates in line with our compliance obligations. This includes identity and legitimacy checks for all users, secure access protocols, clear booking records, proportionate verification, and adherence to building safety and operational standards. These measures ensure Regent Flex remains a trusted, well‑managed workspace for everyone who uses it.
Business Identity & Postal Use
Regent Flex provides day‑rate workspace only and cannot be used as a business address. We are not able to receive post, parcels or deliveries on behalf of Flex users. This keeps the building’s operational standards clear and consistent for all occupants.
Flex Day‑Rate is not yet active. It will launch later this year. This notice will be removed once the service goes live.
Current Status

New users apply so we can complete our compliance checks and set up secure access. Approved users and tenants receive a password‑protected booking link for regular bookable use. Spaces for outside companies are limited.
