Celebrating 10 years. In September, this year I celebrated 10 years of opening the transformed Regent at 67 Regent Street, Wrexham. The business landscape and townscape looked quite different back then in 2013. Time changes, businesses come and go and so do towns. We are now the city of Wrexham, and it is, as I have always said, the metropolis of North Wales. Time has certainly flown by, and we have witnessed some uncertain times, but we've have come through stronger. At the outset, I wanted The Regent to be known as 'Space to Thrive' and as such I am privileged to have seen businesses come and grow, and that was part of the dream. As they grow, they often move to much larger premises, leaving space for others to come and grow. The latest businesses to leave us are Mercury Promotions and Ask Mr. Jones Electrical Contractors. Mercury Promotions who run Wales Comic Con had been with us for a long time and now it’s their time to fly onto pastures new. It's been a while since the larger First Floor office space has been available, but it is, and I look forward to seeing who has the vision to stake a claim and get their 'Space to thrive' at The Regent. Here's what they say....Ask Mr Jones was with us two years and here’s what he said in his recent review:
“I have occupied an office at this business centre for over 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of this property, modern, clean, and is looked after impeccably. The location is excellent and convenient to the main shops in the city centre. Thank you so much for everything… So, unusually, we have two First Floor Offices available to rent in a fantastic location and well-maintained business centre. The Regent provides a unique opportunity for start-ups and growing businesses to establish themselves in the ‘Gateway’ to Wrexham, right in the bustling heart of the city of Wrexham.
