​Settling Into the Beaumaris Suite

Wrexham BID has now moved into the Beaumaris Suite, which offers a bright, professional environment that is ideal for its operational needs.  This temporary base allows them to continue their work seamlessly while I prepare their long‑term suite.  The Beaumaris Suite provides:

• A central Wrexham location
• Excellent transport links
• A quiet, focused workspace
• Characterful Edwardian surroundings

It's a lovely fit for their initial phase at The Regent.

​Preparing the Harlech Suite for Long‑Term Occupation

From August, once Pertemps conclude their tenancy, Wrexham BID will relocate into the Harlech Suite — a larger, well‑established workspace within the building.

The Harlech Suite has long been one of The Regent's most dependable and adaptable spaces, and I will ensure it is refreshed, organised, and ready to meet Wrexham BID's operational needs as soon as the handover is complete.

A Partnership Rooted in Community and Culture

Byron's involvement with Cantorion Gogledd Cymru adds a charming cultural dimension to this partnership.  I may even hear the occasional choral harmony drifting through the corridors — a delightful bonus to an already valued relationship.

It's wonderful to welcome an organisation so deeply connected to Wrexham's identity, growth, and future.

With Wrexham BID moving into Harlech later this summer, the Beaumaris Suite will become available at the end of August.  Early interest has already begun, and it's easy to see why — the suite offers:

• A flexible layout
• A private, professional atmosphere

​Ground Floor Suites — Available for the First Time Ever

For the first time since The Regent opened, the Ground Floor Suites will be available once Pertemps vacate.  These highly distinctive spaces offer a rare combination of heritage character and modern flexibility.

• Acoustic movable walls that can be opened for a semi‑partitioned collaborative layout or fully closed for private, sound‑controlled rooms
• Write‑on/wipe‑off surfaces ideal for planning, workshops, and team sessions
• Magnetic panels for displays, presentations, and project boards
• The ability to create dynamic zones or a fully enclosed suite depending on operational needs
