It's a testament to the quality of The Regent that we've been graced with tenants from the finance sector, including accountants and wealth management specialists who have found their office in Wrexham a 'space to thrive'. G M Wealth Management, for instance, started in The Library at The Regent and is now next door but one at 63 Regent Street. On 1st July, I handed over the keys to the Conwy Suite at 67 Regent Street to Tom Pitman, the Director and founder of TGP Mortgages and Insurance. Tom is well respected in the industry and the Wrexham area for his approach to mortgages and has a wealth of experience and technical know-how. His team's adept use of modern technology will revolutionise the client experience and drive the business forward; they are part of a new breed of brokers! TGP has taken a front-facing, first-floor office, which gives them a great view up and down Regent Street and onto Mold Road. Client access is very easy via rail, foot, or car. The light and airy space makes it a very welcoming workplace. I wish Tom and his team tremendous success in their new home at The Regent, 67 Regent Street.
