TGP Mortgages and Insurance made a significant move by settling into their spacious and modern office at The Regent in July of this year. At the firm's helm, Tom Pitman, the dynamic director, has ambitious plans to expand their footprint in Wrexham, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. He has earned recognition as the leading winner in the category of Fee-Free Independent Mortgage Brokers within the city, a testament to his dedication and the firm’s commitment to exceptional service.
With an eye on growth and innovation, TGP is striving for excellence. They eloquently state, “At TGP Mortgage & Insurance, we believe in breaking down barriers in the mortgage industry. Our mission is simple: to demystify the mortgage process, making it accessible, transparent, and, above all, human.” This philosophy underscores their commitment to creating a more inclusive and understandable experience for clients navigating the often-complex world of mortgages. In a significant step to enhance their client interactions, TGP expanded their office space in October by adding the Beaumaris. This serene and dedicated area is explicitly designed for in-person and online meetings, providing an inviting atmosphere where clients feel comfortable and secure. Here, they can share their financial details, free from exposure concerns. The Beaumaris offers a private setting where confidentiality is paramount, understanding that discussions about finances and future aspirations can provoke various emotions. This thoughtful addition reflects TGP’s commitment to fostering genuine human connections while protecting clients’ sensitive information. As I said in my previous update, Tom and his team are part of the new breed of mortgage brokers. They are at the forefront of a revolution in the industry, and I wish them great success in Wrexham and beyond! At the beginning of July, TGP Mortgage and Insurance, moved to 67 Regent Street. It's a testament to the quality of The Regent that we've been graced with tenants from the finance sector, including accountants and wealth management specialists who have found their office in Wrexham a 'space to thrive'. G M Wealth Management, for instance, started in The Library at The Regent and is now next door but one at 63 Regent Street. On 1st July, I handed over the keys to the Conwy Suite at 67 Regent Street to Tom Pitman, the Director and founder of TGP Mortgages and Insurance. Tom is well respected in the industry and the Wrexham area for his approach to mortgages and has a wealth of experience and technical know-how. His team's adept use of modern technology will revolutionise the client experience and drive the business forward; they are part of a new breed of brokers! TGP has taken a front-facing, first-floor office, which gives them a great view up and down Regent Street and onto Mold Road. Client access is very easy via rail, foot, or car. The light and airy space makes it a very welcoming workplace. I wish Tom and his team tremendous success in their new home at The Regent, 67 Regent Street. I hope it will prove to be their ‘space to thrive’. By the way, there is one remaining front-facing first-floor office available. It's a must-see for someone looking to move their home office into a more productive and purposeful environment or for an expansion into Wrexham. For more information, please visit our website here. Make contact to discuss your needs; you’ll be dealing with the final decision maker. Until next time, Happy Officing! Joanna x P.S. Don't forget to check out what TGP Mortgages and Insurance have to offer you, Celebrating 10 years.I celebrated ten years of opening the transformed Regent at 67 Regent Street, Wrexham, in September. The business landscape and townscape looked quite different back then in 2013. Time changes, businesses come and go, and so do towns. We are now the city of Wrexham, and it is, as I have always said, the metropolis of North Wales. Time has certainly flown by, and we have witnessed some uncertain times, but we've come through stronger. From the very beginning, The Regent was envisioned as a 'Space to Thrive'. It's been a privilege to witness businesses not just come, but also flourish, right here. Their success stories, as they outgrew our premises and moved on to larger spaces, have been a part of the dream. This is the spirit of The Regent, a place where your business can thrive and grow. Mercury Promotions and Ask Mr. Jones Electrical Contractors are the latest businesses to leave us. Mercury Promotions, who run Wales Comic Con, had been with us for a long time, and now it’s their time to fly onto pastures new. It's been a while since the larger First Floor office space has been available, but it is, and I look forward to seeing who has the vision to stake a claim and get their 'Space to thrive' at The Regent. Here's what they say....Ask Mr Jones was with us two years and here’s what he said in his recent review:
“I have occupied an office at this business centre for over 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of this property, modern, clean, and is looked after impeccably. The location is excellent and convenient to the main shops in the city centre. Thank you so much for everything… So, unusually, we have two First Floor Offices available to rent in a fantastic location and well-maintained business centre. The Regent provides a unique opportunity for start-ups and growing businesses to establish themselves in the ‘Gateway’ to Wrexham, right in the bustling heart of the city of Wrexham. Joanna Just over a week ago, Ludicology moved into their new business home at The Regent, Wrexham. When Ben, one of the Directors of the business approached me, the first thing I did was to find out what ludicology is, it's not a word used every day after all is it? Ludicology, it turns out, is the study of playfulness.
Ben and the co-director Mike have been in business for over 10 years working with visitor attractions, urban planners, childcare providers, government bodies and healthcare organisations. Their work must be particularly interesting considering the modern barriers there are to physical play, as children's attention is being pulled increasingly from the outdoors to a world of sedentary activities. Does anyone remember spending Sunday afternoons walking with your mates into woods or fields and sometimes getting in a mess? These were carefree days. May Ludicology help organisations harness the true playfulness given to children and their move into their new office accommodation help them in that. To find out more about Ludiciology, go to www.ludicology.com. This week I got wind of another Office coming available. More information when I have it. Until then, Happy Officing! Joanna x Blink and you might miss it.One of our smaller Office Suites here at the Regent is now available for Let!
The ‘Library Suite’ is spacious, warm, and available now. So, if you are looking for your very own ‘space to thrive’ or know someone who is, send them our way for a chat to see if they are a good fit for the Offices. The library is ready to go with two large desks and managerial chairs. It is a bright clean and freshly decorated office ideally located near to the low threshold rear access and a short walk away from the kitchenette for a quick brew. Included in the Lease is secure parking. Please look at and share the Property Particulars Brochure. Contact me to arrange a viewing if your interest is piqued. Until then, happy Officing! Joanna x p.s. This Office is now Let Agreed. Financial Advisory firm G M Wealth Management are riding the wave of success. In 2020, we welcomed Gary and his small team into The Library at The Regent Offices. The fledging financial advisory firm started just before COVID hit. Now, knowing what has passed over the two years, it shows their resilience and flexibility. Not only has G M Wealth sustained their space in the Financial Advisory market, but they have also taken on more staff. As they have thrived and expanded, they outgrew their office space at number 67. Having no further space to offer, Gary and the team moved to a new setting. They must like Regent Street as they've moved just along the row into part of the old Hadlow Edwards building, 63 Regent Street, Wrexham. It was sad to see them leave, but also a pleasure to know that in some small way we played our part in their success. We wish Gary, Simon, and the rest of the team every success in the coming years as they continue to strive to help their clients to thrive. They're a firm to watch, especially with Simon, who cut his teeth in the office with Gary and has become one of the youngest qualified financial planners from the Quilter Financial Advisers School. Here's what G M Wealth had to say about their time at The Regent: " Great offices designed beautifully. I would certainly recommend working from here, with its secure parking and great facilities. I had an office here for 2 years and I was sad to leave. " Their old office has been snapped up. Happy Officing! Joanna x |
