ACCESS & SECURITY
- Access is controlled; sharing keys or access credentials is prohibited.
- CCTV operates only externally, covering the building's exterior.
- There is no CCTV inside internal communal areas.
HEALTH, SAFETY & BUILDING STANDARDS
- The Regent maintains full compliance with UK fire safety legislation. The building also benefits from a brand‑new, energy‑efficient boiler and Hive smart heating controls, providing reliable, modern heating throughout the offices.
- Tenants must follow evacuation procedures, keep escape routes clear, and participate in scheduled drills.
- Hazardous materials or prohibited equipment must not be brought onto the premises.
- Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their staff, visitors and clients while on the premises.
MAINTENANCE & BUILDING CARE
- The Regent manages all structural, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Tenants must report issues promptly and avoid undertaking unauthorised repairs.
- Communal areas are cleaned routinely; workspace cleaning can be arranged as an additional service.
