Business Rates
The Ground Floor is recognised by the Valuation Office as one single suite, which currently qualifies for Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR).
Although the suite includes Spazio Premium Folding Walls to support flexible use, these do not create separate rateable areas. To formally divide the space into two independent hereditaments, a permanent stud wall would need to be installed, and each tenant would need to apply separately to the VOA for their own assessment. The VOA advises that this process is only appropriate where two long‑term tenants occupy clearly distinct areas.
Where a single organisation occupies more than one office within the same building, the VOA may require business rates to be paid on the second space.
