Information on Renting at The Regent: Offices and Business Centre.

DESCRIPTION
The Regent is a charming Edwardian brick building that retains many of its original features and boasts an intriguing history. In 2013, Joanna Kinch lovingly restored, renovated, and modernised 67 Regent Street to create a business centre that meets modern needs. The building is centrally located in Wrexham's commercial district, with easy access via road, rail, and bus. The Bradley Road gyratory, Central Road, and Regent Street provide straightforward travel to the location. Major shops in Wrexham City Centre are just a few minutes' walk away.  Additionally, Wrexham AFC and Glyndwr University are a short walk down Mold Road, and the Central Retail Park is adjacent to the office space. This office space is not only centrally located but also stylish and eco-friendly, featuring PIR lighting and solar panels.

PARKING
Car parking is available within the secure gated car park at the rear of the property.  Tenants are provided with one designated parking space for their use.

CONTRACTS
